I started my career in the motor industry over two decades ago, just like many of you — on the showroom floor, learning how to win trust, close deals, and hustle for every lead. But I always wanted more. I wanted to lead, to build a team, and to run a dealership that didn’t just sell cars — but built reputations. Over the years, I worked my way up to managing some of the largest dealerships around. I've led teams that consistently smashed targets, built cultures that people were proud to be part of, and turned struggling sales floors into thriving businesses. But it wasn’t always smooth. No one handed me a playbook. I had to figure it out the hard way — through trial and error, tough conversations, late nights, and learning what really drives performance. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve lost good people. I’ve had to rebuild. And through it all, I developed real systems that actually work — on the ground, in real dealerships, with real pressure.
